Tickets and Confirmation - Immediately confirmed after successfully completing check out, the customer will receive their E-Ticket(s) via email.
How to use the E-Ticket - Simply show your Shuttle2Vegas™ Host you E-Ticket that you have received via Email. Shuttle2Vegas™ is a Green Company, no need for a printout!
Age Requirement- All Passengers must be 21 years or old in order to Board and Travel on all Shuttle2Vegas™ Shuttles/Buses, any and all members of The Shuttle2Vegas™ Care Crew reserves the right to Check ID's before and during the Boarding Process.
Booking a Trip- All bookings must be made at least 72 hours before you desired departure date. (Subject to seat availability)
Cancellation and Refund - Once a reservation is booked on Shuttle2Vegas.com, you may cancel your booking within 72 hours of your scheduled departure date for a full refund. If cancelled within 72 hours of your scheduled departure date tickets will be transferable for any future bookings valid for 6 (six) months. Duplicate bookings are non-refundable/transferable as those seats will have been removed from sales inventory. While the bus operators will make every effort to operate its services as scheduled, when this fails to occur alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
Price Change - Shuttle2Vegas™ reserves the right to adjust the ticket fare, and the fare for holidays, weekends and special events.
Condition of Use -
(1) The ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on Confirmed E-Ticket (unless otherwise stated).
(2) Customers must bring a valid ID and eTicket (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check.
(3) Customer's name (s) on e-ticket must match passenger's (or one of the passengers') name.
(4) Passenger should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, otherwise the seat might be sold to stand-by passengers.
Special Offers & Vouchers- Any Offers or Vouchers purchased outside of www.Shuttle2Vegas.com may be redeemed and booked at www.Shuttle2Vegas.com/bookatrip/ and are subject to seat availability. If no seats are available for your specified travel dates, you may still redeem you Voucher at any point for any future bookings in 2013 and 2014.
Schedules - Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. The bus carriers will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, mechanical issues, road conditions, severe weather, and do not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time. Connections cannot be guaranteed and schedules are subject to change.
Arrival Time - The arrival times are estimated for customer's reference. Exact arrival time depends on the traffic as well as weather conditions.
Severe Weather - Customers are encouraged to check Shuttle2Vegas.com - Weather Advisory for any bus cancellations on selected routes Please note that refunds are not given for services canceled due to weather but you may reschedule for an alternative time.
Pets - Pets will not be transported.
Luggage - Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. For guidance the check-in luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and should not weigh more than 50 pounds. Bus carriers are not responsible for lost or misplaced baggage.
Objectionable Persons - Shuttle2Vegas™ reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of drugs or who is unable to take care of oneself or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers.
Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi service is not available on all Shuttles . During Special weekends and holidays each Shuttle will be equipped with Wi-Fi access, it is not guaranteed that there will be Wi-Fi access as advertised. Please contact The Shuttle2Vegas™ Care Crew for additional info.
VIP Nightclub Admission- Venues are subject to change without notice, all Patrons/Participants must be at the specified Venue before or by 10:30 p.m to ensure Free Entry, Blackout dates may apply. Complimentary adult drinks are available for Patrons/Participants who arrive at participating venue before or by 9:30 p.m.
